These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rabbit Hole Brief (the "Service"), operated by Groundwave Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Rabbit Hole Brief turns content you provide — web links, pasted text, uploaded files, and emails you forward — into AI-generated, two-host audio episodes delivered to your private podcast feed. Episodes are produced automatically using third-party AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The Service is provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for the original source material or for professional advice.
You sign in using a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your private feed link and access keys confidential. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Input"). You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit each piece of Input and to have it processed into audio, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights or violate any law or any paywall, terms of use, or contractual restriction applicable to the source.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, and transform your Input solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers to generate and host your episodes). We do not claim ownership of your Input or your generated episodes.

Episodes are licensed to you for personal listening. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans with monthly usage limits (measured in minutes of generated audio). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. We may change pricing or plan limits with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the "Rabbit Hole Brief" name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our marks. Your private feed and generated episodes are for your own use as described above.
The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, AI generation, voice synthesis, payments, email, and hosting. Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. See our Privacy Policy for the categories of providers involved.
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI-generated audio may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for verifying anything important against the original source.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
