Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

Rabbit Hole Brief respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. Episodes are generated only from content that users themselves provide, and users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use that content. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content generated or shared through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) including all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the share link or episode URL);
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notification that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., to a U.S. federal district where we may be found) and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Your responsibility as a user

By submitting content to the Service, you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights to use it, and that generating an episode from it does not infringe anyone's rights. Generated episodes are licensed to you for personal listening; redistributing or publishing them elsewhere is not permitted. See our Terms of Service for details.
