Open your Library and tap Run history. Anything that didn't finish appears under “Needs your attention” with the reason:
• Couldn't read the source — the site blocked automatic reading (common with blogs behind ad-walls or logins). Tap Paste text instead, copy the article text in, and it'll work.
• Paused — high demand — we briefly hit capacity; just tap Retry.
• Audio timed out — try again, or use a shorter source.
Every account has a private podcast feed. In your Library, tap Copy feed URL, then in Apple Podcasts: Library tab → the ••• menu (top-right) → Add a Show by URL → paste it in. It works in most podcast apps the same way. Keep the link private — anyone with it can see your episodes.
Install it in one tap: 📲 Install the Rabbit Hole shortcut → Add Shortcut. Then open Library → Settings, copy “Your iPhone shortcut key,” and paste it into the shortcut’s X-Rabbit-Key field once. After that, just Share → Rabbit Hole Brief from any article and it becomes an episode — the shortcut appears in your Share Sheet automatically. (If it won’t import, enable Settings → Shortcuts → Allow Untrusted Shortcuts on your iPhone, then tap Install again.)
Prefer email? In Library → Settings you’ll find your personal email-to-episode address. Forward any newsletter or article to it and it automatically becomes an episode in your feed.
Manage your plan in Library → Settings → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period, and usage limits reset on the 1st of each month. See our Terms for the full billing policy, or message us below for billing help.
Share links stay active until the owner unshares the episode. If a link stopped working, the owner likely unshared it — ask them to share it again from their Library. Note: share links are for personal, occasional sharing; each account has a limit on active share links.
Delete any episode from your Library (it's removed from your feed). To delete your whole account and associated data, send us a message below and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
